The Woman’s Club of Hartland supports the work of Operation Smile. Learn about the mission of Operation Smile and get instructions for creating the quilts, blankets and afghans.

People who want to support the Woman’s Club of Hartland Operation Smile project can now participate through a fleece registry on Walmart’s website.

The registry includes pieces of fleece that will be used to create blankets for Operation Smile. People may purchase items from the online list and the materials will be turned into finished blankets for the project.

Here is the link to the registry.

The Woman’s Club will host a food drive outside Fox Bros. Piggly Wiggly in Hartland (date not yet set). The purpose is to collect food donations and raise awareness for the local food pantry. Volunteers will staff a designated table and engage with customers as they enter or exit the grocery store and distribute flyers listing the “most needed” food items. The Early Shift will set up the site, including collection bins, conation jar and tables. The Last Shift will ensure we have a count of items collected and assist with transporting collected items to the food pantry.
